High School Transcript Request
Requesting Academic Student Records
Students who graduated from any high school within the Sunflower County Consolidated School District should request school records/transcripts from their last school of attendance.
All other SCCSD student record requests may be done by completing the Student Records Request Form which may be brought in or mailed to the appropriate office.
Drew School Graduates Sunflower County Consolidated School District | Ruleville High School Graduates Sunflower County Consolidated School District | Gentry High School Graduates Sunflower County Consolidated School District |
There is a $3.00 fee for each student record requested, which may be paid by cash or money order payable to Sunflower County Consolidated School District. There is a 3 to 5 day turn around for records request done by mail. Walk in requests are done Monday through Thursday between 8:30 am and 4:30 pm and on Fridays from 8:30 am to 4:00 pm.
If you are unable to download the Student Records Request Form you may send a written request to the address above with the following information:
1. Name as it appears on school records
2. Date of birth
3. School last attended or school of graduation
4. Year of graduation or year last attended
5. Return address
6. Phone number where you may be contacted
Former Indianola School District or Former Drew School District requests may be done in the same manner above. Please be sure to indicate last school district of attendance.
If you are making a request for student records for someone other than yourself, you must present a signed letter of consent for release in order to obtain their records.
